For some communities, the recreational space of their beaches is important to the town’s character and local economy. The wear of winter storms can erode these beaches to a point where dredging the beach is necessary.

Ellicott® dredges of all sizes have been used for this application. Small beaches can be restored by a 370HP Dragon® dredge or 670 Dragon® dredge. A larger beach or town may want to consider the use of a larger 1170 Dragon® dredge, 1870 Dragon® dredge, or even 4170 Super Dragon® dredge.
