Parts Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time Parts Sales Development Representative. This position will create and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, promote our aftermarket OEM parts, and grow parts sales revenue.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

· Create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers

· Conduct customer surveys, analyze results, and make recommendations for parts growth

· Develop and distribute a quarterly parts newsletter

· Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities through various channels

· Educate customers on our product offering and benefits

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, inventory, and their benefits to the customer

· Attend industry events to generate leads and build relationships

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met

· Develop and maintain content for parts website

· Research, analyze, and provide data to management on market trends, potential opportunities, customer needs, and the competitive landscape

· Conduct webinars to train customers on various topics such as parts information and proper maintenance benefits

· Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new customer sales opportunities while utilizing a digital presence

· Ensure timely and successful delivery of our client-focused solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Skill Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in a related field

· 5+ years of experience in sales and customer service

· Experience in manufacturing a plus

· A passionate, self-managed individual who is a team player with a strong work ethic

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Computer and internet savvy

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to perform in depth analysis, interpret data and present results into actionable steps to senior leadership

· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

· Strong attention to detail, process orientation and project management skills

· Ability to build strong relationships with customers

· Strong problem solving and business decision making skills

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
